Biography
Adam Florey is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service by fostering meaningful partnerships with the individuals, businesses and agencies served by FLC. Adam gained valuable, multi-jurisdictional experience developed in large, national law and engineering firms.
Adam and FLC provide a wide range of legal and related services, including general business and corporate services, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, as well as construction law – including construction procurement, transactions, financing, claims and litigation. Further, Adam’s practice has focused on representing businesses, public entities, developers, public-private partnerships, contractors and design professionals in a diverse range of areas, including contracting, procurement, planning and project delivery, claims, employment, labor issues, project finance, insurance, zoning, land use, federal and state regulatory compliance, and related transactions.
